Keyword Banana locally caches keyword volumes in your browser using Chrome Extension Storage to optimize performance and reduce API load. If you create an account, we store your email address and securely hashed password. We do not track, log, or sell your personal search history or browsing activity.

2. Payments & Subscriptions

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Keyword Banana does not directly store, process, or transmit your credit card details. By subscribing to our service, you agree to Stripe's Privacy Policy.

3. Extension Permissions & DOM Injection

To function properly, the Keyword Banana Chrome Extension requires `host_permissions` for Google, YouTube, and Amazon. The extension reads the webpage structure (DOM) solely to identify keyword targets, and securely fetches search volume data from our APIs to inject back into your screen. We do not inject malicious code, adware, or alter the fundamental security of the websites you visit.

Keyword Banana is an independent tool and is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Google LLC, YouTube, Amazon.com, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. All trademarks belong to their respective owners. Public search volume metrics are accessed responsibly via the Google Ads API.
