You agree not to use the extension to systematically scrape, bot, or reverse-engineer the provided data or the websites upon which the extension operates. The search volume data is provided for personal or internal business use only.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions auto-renew on a monthly basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service. In the event of account abuse, we reserve the right to terminate your account without a refund.

4. Disclaimer of Affiliation & Intellectual Property

Keyword Banana is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with Google LLC, YouTube, Amazon.com, Inc., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The names "Google", "YouTube", and "Amazon", as well as related names, marks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

5. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

Keyword Banana provides estimated search volume data 'as is'. We make no warranties about the absolute accuracy of the metrics. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Keyword Banana and its creators from any claims, damages, or legal actions arising from your use of the extension or any business decisions made based on its data.
